When Whitney performed his first professional gig with his father's swing band he was fourteen years old. Since then he has had the opportunity to appear with many local and national acts in various capacities. Being a singer, guitarist, a pianist, and a woodwind player, his versatility has found him playing in various rock bands, orchestras and jazz bands. He's played everything from upscale wedding receptions at the famous Greenbrier Hotel to local nightclubs and to wherever the next gig might be. Whitney's latest assignment is holding down the tenor sax man's slot with Big Planet Soul. He also currently performs with LOST CAUSE and has previously performed with The Electric Strawberry Society, Our American Cousin, and Terra Nova.
